Let Scene Partner be a fun Meme Perk. The Change is also pointless
Scene Partner is a Perk that never was really strong. Even with the new Changes the Perk will not be used more often or has become better or worse. It just took away the fun. Hearing "Ahhh" multiple times from all across the Map was what made this Perk unique.
The whole "Look in the Killers Direction" Requirement made the Perk really unique. Now that you need to be in the Killers Terror Radius for it is really boring, even with the longer Aura Reading. It's Gameplaywise still not worth a Slot and just became less fun now.
EDIT: Scene Partner always had the Terror Radius Requirement. Could've sworn that wasn't the case. My bad then.

Im pretty sure you are still suppose to scream it is just bugged on the PTB atm.
Also the range requirement was always a thing.
