Shoulder the burden confusion

in 8.4.0 PTB Feedback

If the unhooker uses shoulder the burden and I go for the unhooker am I a tunneler since they took the hooked hook state? Or do I have to go for the hooked since there 1st hook again and is technically a fresh chase?

    If you go for someone else then by definition you can't be tunnelling even if you return to the hook. This perk actually encourages you to do just that, because it rewards the Killer for hitting the unhooker since they are Exposed AND closer to death, they may even be Death Hook now.
