Recent original DBD killer characters

I want to talk about the recent dbd killer characters and specifically I want to talk about the last 3 years of characters. I don’t want to talk about gameplay just there character design and lore. Out of all the characters that have been added IMO dredge, unknown and singularity have been peak fiction. There lore is interesting and design wise I think they are rememberable/cool. Knight looks alright ik a lot of people wanted something more than what we got but his guards look horrish so I can pass the knight and his boys. I however do not feel the same to the skull merchant, and hound master. Dogging on skull merchant has been done for almost 2 years so nothing I say is anything groundbreaking but I’ll just say it anyway. Her character design isn’t very good and her lore especially isn’t that cool. She was made to be sexy and to sell sexy skins which is the only thing she got going for her. The houndmaster design is terrible the lore is alright better than skull merchants but I’ll get to that in detail later on. I didn’t even know she was a pirate and ik I seen people defend it by doing some history gymnastics but if you’re character doesn’t look like x then that’s a bad design. Her whole design looks something you see in concord. I don’t think the writers are good in writing/designing human killer characters anymore especially women personally. All the peak characters I mentioned were Monsters and abominations ( dredge, singularity, and the unknown) while the 3 human character were overall meh . I don’t think they are good in writing human killers anymore like they once did in the past. Some of the best design/lore in this game were spirit, twins, doctor, huntress etc even trickster had cool lore and design. His design was a bit odd for dbd but it portrayed who he was perfectly. I hope they stick to making only monster killers in the future or get way better in designing human killers. What do you guys think.
