Let Myers go back to Tier 1

I think it would be really interesting if you could make Myers go back to Tier 1 when Tier 3 ends, you know, to spice things up a bit, espeically since now you can get out of Tier 1 pretty fast I think that would be fun!

But with this change, I think his Tier 1 lunge should be increased to at least 0.4 seconds duration (from 0.2 seconds, 0.5 seconds is the default btw)
