Feedback from a Demogorgon main
Pretty big Demo main here giving my opinions on all the killer changes, primarily and firstly the Demogorgon ones
These basekit changes are nice. No notes
These addon changes, however, are iffier. I understand this was to counter Devourgorgon and other powerful totems combined with Lifeguard Whistle, but those combinations are not as strong as certain sections of the community have made them out to be. Demogorgon is a weaker killer, and cannot meaningfully protect his totems, pressure survivors, and defend gens at the same time against decent teams, even with Whistle
Currently, Lifeguard Whistle is one of Demo's 3 or 4 usable addons, and his only really unique one. The rest of his addons are pretty much never worth running, and the new effect for it in the PTB is also not worth running, and worst of all is kind of boring. In my opinion, a better solution to counter strong totem builds would be to add new downsides to Lifeguard Whistle, rather than removing Demo's most unique addon. My personal suggestion would be to simply have Whistle remove his basekit buffs. It would set his portal setting time back to 1 second, his portal entry time back to 1.5, and especially set his portal travel speed back to 20 m/s (or possibly even lower, like 18 or 16.) This would keep his really fun unique addon that enables a myriad of playstyles, without having to worry about the basekit buffs making it too oppressive. I truly implore you to reconsider this change
Finally, I would ask for Demogorgon's camera bug that disallows him from looking straight down be investigated. It's extremely annoying in game, and can make avoiding flashlights more difficult, sometimes impossible, depending on the angle, and makes chasing survivors off falls much more difficult
My notes on the other killer changes are going to be snappier and less detailed. Starting with
The Dark Lord: I feel like the Hellfire nerf was unnecessary. Bat form is what make's Dark Lord problematic, not Vampire form
The Ghost Face: These changes are definitely going to feel nice, but I don't think they address his core issues with the bugginess of lean and revealing. It would be nice to see some attention there
The Good Guy: Good changes
The Lich: I feel like increasing the cooldown after cancelling a spell was unnecessary. Otherwise, good changes. I would however suggest looking into Vecna chest items that survivors can obtain, all except the Interloper are quite weak and could use buffs
The Mastermind: Not sure if these were necessary changes, but they're going to feel nice. Personally I'd make infection stop gaining while Wesker is in chase as well
The Shape: I haven't played PTB Shape enough to really share many opinions on them, but I think this is largely a step in the right direction. I'm also glad to see Tombstone is staying, it's admittedly a very unhealthy addon but it's such an iconic part of the game that I'd be sad to see it go

I think the only way you could justify keeping Lifeguard Whistle would be if it gave a massive penalty to both his teleport cooldown and the teleport speed. Like you can only teleport once every 30 seconds instead of 10 seconds, and the teleport speed goes back to what it was before or possibly even lower. Totem builds with Whistle are way too strong right now.
I'm not really sure why the portal sealing time addons were nerfed though, that seems largely unnecessary with Whistle already being changed.

I am fed up with so many adjustments that impose a weakening of frequently used add-ons for a slight enhancement of the base kit.
The demogorgon in particular is very painful to have one of the few playable add-ons erased. It is a shame that nothing has been done to improve the demogorgon's quality of life in the first place, as all that was required to improve the demogorgon's quality of life was to remove or reinstall the portals that were installed.

I'm A Ghostie Main who also sometimes plays Myers and Demo.
Demo feels better with these changes but I am not sure Devourgorgon was a problem, it's a pretty rare build. I've only seen it once. I do think the add-ons got unfairly nerfed too much.
Myers changed are great and make him much more viable, but now his other addons are outdated. Give him an addon pass and I think he'll be in an ok spot.
Ghostface badly needs love, not just number tweaks. He's almost there but he's got a leaning bug, his reveal is still inconsistent and he could stand some addons basekitted and reworked again. Maybe an addon pass is needed. If you don't do more now, you will need to come back to him again, but this is a good start.
