My thoughts on the new Killer.
Awesome Pirate Lady! Love it, hopes to get a pirate themed map in the future, hate the dog, I mean why not a parrot, lobster or monkey? dog is clueless and doesn't seem to work well, also her whistling, constant cries out for the dogs command is annoying as hell. I love her laugh, her mori, I mean why couldn't the dog take a hand or something. Her weapon is Piddly, why not a sword or a hook, tinkerbell could hold her weapon, I couldn't play her due to the consant whistling, hence Dracula, the wolf doesnt need to howl at every turn.

I think the shouts for the dog's commands are for the survivors more than the killer player; it's the sound cue that the killer is charging up their ranged power to attack you. I'm torn on whether they should be replaced with something less thematic but less obtrusive. But I did think the constant dog panting was a bit much when I tried her out.
So disappointed we didn't get a pirate map with her. Huge missed opportunity. I'm putting her right next to Dracula and Trickster in the 'we got robbed' department.
Her mori is among the best we've ever gotten, imo. They've really ramped up the brutality lately, but the sheer derision in that high-heeled shoe grind is 👌

A pirate with a dog literally makes zero sense entirely lmao. Idk what they were thinking honestly.

Only cause of main stream media people think that way. Any 2 second google search shows historically pirates keep hunting dog, cats, parrots and monkeys on the ship.

I have my complaints about the new killer but "a pirate owning a dog" is the least of them. Sailors kept cats, dogs, and all manner of pets on ships for pest control and companionship. I don't know why people are so baffled by someone on a boat having a pet. Especially since in her backstory she had dogs before becoming a pirate.

As much as I’d enjoy a parrot power, I don’t think these birds lend themselves to a killer power very well.

what about a monkey though? I get her character owned dogs, she is a hound master, but I mean can imagine a monkey, jumping off her shoulder (much sort of effects of the baby, the evil boobie, from the twins) and like latching on to them, monkey scream while pawing at them! god I want this to happen now lol
