I got banned for changing fov.

3 years ago I got banned for changing fov. I changed console commands in config file. After 500 hours of playing DBD a posted screenshot where was it seen that I have a big FOV. A few days later i get ban NOT from anti-cheat but from game developers. Now i see that in 2024 there is option to change FOV. I didn't use cheats, but I got banned anyway. I wrote to the anti-cheat developers their answer was that anti-cheat did not ban me. Is there an opportunity to get unban?
