Likely a Scout revealing your aura?

Are you sure she wasn't a bot? I noticed that some of my lobbies fill with a combination of real players and bots. The bots have wall hacks unfortunately.

I've had a huntress who spawns hatchets on people and survivors that can do 4 gens instantly.

Had a twitch afk Slinger who i sat behind and wallhacked him to my team via Scout but turns out he too was turning on his wallhacks and tried to jack us up on stream

I thought it was funny tbh, wallhacks are probably less useful here than 1v4 lmao

if it was on the farm map it was 99% a scout seeing you. They have a perfect spot to just camp and see half the farm.

Thompson House is the funniest level in the game, only there will you find survivors perched next to the killer looking over the level

yes i had some wall hackers in 2vs8 already. usually they are rare and most of the don't show it but keep it subtle as they are completely save that way.

As a survivor it is very easy to identify these hackers because here in 2vs8 you are always informed when your own aura is shown to the killers.

When unusual gameplay happens (survivors are pulled out of cupboards and distributed across the map) it already seems suspicious.

It's worth watching the VOD after the match to be sure ofc, there are players with a lot of game knowledge.

    BUT!

I can assure you there are more hackers/cheaters in DBD than most people admit.

New perks that include aura reading or small movement speed boosts naturally help the development studio to disguise the whole thing a little more so that the overall situation appears better.

In short: The problem has existed since 2018 and unfortunately not much useful/effective action is being taken about it. To date there is no server side validation.

It's best to just not invest any money (DLC's, skins) then maybe at some point something useful will be done about it.
