PC - Survivors' Bloody Cosmetics Missing Blood (8.3.2)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Some survivors are missing blood textures on their bloody cosmetics on version 8.3.2. Nea's ankles from her prestige leg cosmetic is missing blood, however her pants and shoes show the proper blood textures. A previous bug report from another user noted that Renato's feet and Vittorio's torso are missing blood from version 8.2.0, which is still the case for the current version. They also mentioned Haddie's ankles are missing the blood texture, but I couldn't check because I don't have her bloody cosmetics.
