So 3 different perks that weren't in the 8.4.0 ptb were buffed. Distressing, (was 26%)

Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, (was 10%)

and No One Left Behind. (was 50% and 7% for 10 seconds)

They removed the Bonus BP from them and now the only perk with bonus BP is Beast of Prey.
