Are Flashbangs bugged?
I wanted to wait before I made a report, however, I wanted to see if anyone an issue with flash bangs, not making a noise when they hit the ground?
I’ll do some testing today, yesterday I was hit with a flash bang and it never made the noise that it hit the ground so I wasn’t aware that I needed to dodge something. I saw Steve with a flash bang in his hand, but I didn’t even see the animation of him throwing it on the ground. As a survivor, I still get the animation, as a killer. I did not see it.

That's always been a problem with them, because the devs don't know how to make sound consistent. Other games have dead silence on things that happen which should have sound. Maybe they should just do that so we can still complain, but at least stop worrying about the inconsistency.

Flashbangs have been massively bugged in general since about… I wanna say the Vecna update. Probably earlier.

This bug has been going on since at least the middle of Halloween event 2024. It has been reported to management, but since the survivors seem to be getting away with it, it is considered not a problem. nothing has changed since around 2018, a stance that has not changed.
