Stiff Limbs / Numbness / Paralysis
Just name suggestions for the add-on but it's effects would be:

-Increases duration in which a survivor can vault a pallet and/or window as well as drop a pallet by 0.33 seconds per Tier Within Madness up to Tier 3 Madness for a maximum of 1 second.

-Reduces the time to Snap out of it by 1 Second as a drawback?

Maladies of the body not the mind or something snappy like that as a side comment.

I know it's not a huge over powered add-on, but I think it'd play well into that one tiny moment between going for a lunge attack or getting looped shocking survivors longer than necessary with improper shocks in the middle of a loop.

    I don't know mate. I don't think they will make any changes to him since his add-ons are already good.
