Dying in a locker, can't get out

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing a game against a Knight and he sent a minion to chase me and I wanted to avoid taking a hit because I was injured. I jumped in a locker because I couldnt find anything to loose the minion and when I went in I got hit and went into the dying stage in a locker. The killer came around and couldnt pick me up, I had the perk unbreakable but I couldnt recover and I was stuck in the locker. The killer could open the locker and survivors could still go in it but I couldnt recover, get away or be picked up.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
* Got into a chase with the knight
* Got injured
* Knight sent his minion behind me
* I ran for a few seconds
* I got into a locker
* I got hit by the minion
* I went into the dying state under the locker
* Killer and survivors came around and couldnt pick me up or heal me
