There may be those who are not okay with the idea of celebrities like Nick Cage coming in as themselves. And that's okay. Let's say, if they came in as a mostly original character, but the license is the person's likeness. Sort of like Dbd Ghostface where it's just the mask and no Billy Loomis... or Sidney... It's like Bruce Campbell being in the game, but he calls himself Ash Williams. The one issue where I would see this not working is BHVR probably have to reach out to each and every one of these people to ask whether or not they're okay with having their character wear a certain cosmetic, and BHVR stated they wouldn't stack licenses, so no Nick Cage from Willy's Wonderland. Besides that, the pros for it would be that these potential half-original celebrity survivors could have their own unique outfits, and hopefully, by using certain cosmetics without referencing certain licenses, it would be like playing as the character the actor plays as; or at least that's how I thing it would go, I'm not a professional when it comes to licensing.

Our Candidates: (You're welcome to skip to the polls before deciding whether or no to consider reading this whole Bible verse of characters and commentary.)

Lin Shaye - Known mostly for her role from Insidious as Elise Rainer. She was also in a school teacher in the first Freddy Krueger film and was also in The Quarry.

Skeet Ulrich - Known for his role as Billy Loomis, one of the OG Ghostfaces from SCREAM. And just recently, there was a trailer showing that he's going to be in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre game as "Wyatt," the new victim. Along side beloved Chop Top actor Bill Moseley who will play "Bones." Alternatively though, he could also be a Ghostface or Sidney Prescott Legendary Set, if she or Billy ever come. First with Killer Klowns, there was Elvira and Tom Savini, now it's Billy in TCM (and MK1). Speaking of which, there's also...

Matthew Lillard - Known mainly for his role as Shaggy, but also as Stu Macher, the other OG Ghostface. Unlike Skeet though, I think I'd rather see Matthew as his own survivor. Cause again, he was Stu AND Shaggy. And at one point, he was Springtrap from Fnaf.

Arnold Schwarzenegger - Mainly for his likeness, so that we could have Major Dutch AND The Terminator, Conan as a Legendary Set for Vittorio would be pretty cool, as well.

Keith David - Why Keith David? Simple... because it's Keith David; also, he's the voice of SPAWN. He also played Childs from "The Thing" and Frank from "They Live." Spawn would be a separate character from Keith David, though, because licenses.

Johnny Depp - At least he'd look more like a pirate than The Houndmaster. (No offense to the developers.) He played Jack Sparrow, Edward Scissorhands and Sweeny Todd. He also played the blood fountain from the first Freddy Krueger film; he is a great actor.

#1 Dad, Patrick Wilson - Played both dads from Insidious and The Conjuring (Ed Warren). It'd probably make more sense if he played as Ed Warren for a Conjuring chapter, but alternatively, he could also be his own survivor as he's been in plenty more movies than just the major two, and at one point, he's been in superhero movies, specifically "The Watchmen" and "Aquaman."

Samara Weaving - Played Bee from "The Babysitter" and Grace Le Domas from "Ready or Not." (Sable, Kate, Jane, Yun-Jin, the S.T.A.R.S girls, Yui, and not even Skull Merchant would handle this competition...)

James Ransone - Played adult Eddie from "IT: Part 2" along with Deputy So-and-so from "Sinister."

The one and only, Christopher Lee - He passed away long ago, but Christopher Lee was the man who was most involved in his acting career; playing major icons in horror like Dracula and Frankenstein's monster before becoming a politician, similar to Arnold. A true Hollywood legend.

I could see arnold joining randomly as himself. Though people might boycott over political views. If any of these actors were to join though, there would be no legendary skins of roles they played as those would be seperate licence holders entirely and the devs stated they will not put 1 licence as a skin for an existing license, which is why nic cage has none of his movie skins.

Disliking Arnold's opinion doesn't stop me from enjoying him as an actor and a character, and if others don't want him in the game because of what he said, that is a-okay, but that don't mean others can't want him in. Also learning what you wrote, I may just edit the post a bit, but would Dutch as a Legendary Set for Ellen Ripley be an exception? I had that in my head for a while. Alien and Predator are two different licenses, but they're both owned by Disney. It'd also be good if Dutch were his own survivor along side Predator, with or without the Arnold likeness, but none the less.

Predator and alien may be owned by the same license holder, but the complications arise with dutch being part of predator 1, and being an actor's likeness, and the character not being a part of the aliens vs predator movies themselves which was more of a collaberation thing in itself. The grid alien fits because aliens were part of both the alien movies and aliens vs predator which the licence holders own both of, but dutch has absolutely nothing to do with aliens ans has never seen one except for maybe comics and an arcade game. He would have to come in a predator chapter. And the predator itself could have an aliens vs predator skin for example.
