it just looks like it, the speed itself is the same like any other killer at least if it's not buggy xD

It feels so slow. Much slower than on Sadako (I rarely play other killers)y

Yep, she is really clunky to play.

Like I said, it's just the animation. I think it's part of her design that she is supposed to feel controled and therefore slower/relaxed, I think it's fitting for her.
