special ability is a tentacle attack (6 m range?) that causes paranoia 1 hit for mild paranoia no damage, 2 hits causes complete paranoia and depletes one health state.(Basically abomination and doctor in one)
When survivors are paranoid they see fake pallets, blocked windows after two vaults in chase, terror radius can attach to paranoid survivor, you see Slenderman around the map, you get blindness.( Idk these are just some ides not all to be used)
