No BP bonus in the morning and 25% on survivor or killer late at night (South America servers)

25 on survivor most of the time and sometimes nothing at all. My killer q times 30 seconds, survivor q times 2 minutes..... I'm not gonna even question it anymore
NA east

NA West. Its usually like this throughout most of the day. Between 7pm-10pm it sometimes shifts to killer, but not always.

EU - server. Mostly switches to killer in the evening hours.
