Good Guy Slice N' Dice Bugs and Non-Existent Hit Validation

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Window and Pallet Vaults don't allow for a Scamper: I've noticed this several times but I caught it on video, basically, I'll Slice N' Dice at a pallet or a window but The Good Guy is unable to scamper over it properly, instead they kinda suddenly lock in place and exits his power. This happened numerous times but in the link I am posting it expressly occurs at 3:13 (Not the power exit, just the Scamper denial). There's a few more but another occurs at 11:27, where it exits me out of the power immediately.

At 6:33 Hit Validation decides that a very clear hit is just nothing but a scratch I guess. Ada Screams and Bleeds yet nada. Even Tiffany was confused.

At 9:33, something similar happens and it is beyond belief because I am LITERALLY pressed up against Kate and she doesn't receive damage from Slice N' Dice.
