Nea "Powder Surfer" outfit is said to be in the "from the rift bundle" but is isn't.

I play on PC and in the shop I saw that the "Powder Surfer" outfit for nea was available in the "From the rift bundle" so I eagerly clicked on "go to bundle" and despite saying that it is in the bundle, it is nowhere to be seen. (Also the bundle isn't purchasable for some reasons).
