Still Not Receiving Twitch Drops

Does anyone else have this issue? I never got twitch drops (in game) from redeemed drops through Twitch. I did not get any drops from the Castlevania chapter release OR the most recent Christmas event drops.
Yes, I have my Twitch linked to my Bhvr account, yes I did disconnect and reconnect all connections before redeeming the drops. But I'm still not receiving anything in game.
