After Genetic Limits Rework, Singularity's Character Description Does Not Match His Perk Function

There are several characters whose character descriptions do not match their perk functions, after several major perk overhauls.

Genetic Limits has been reworked so that it causes exhaustion upon loss of a health state.

However, the character description for Singularity still claims that his Perks exhaust newly healed Survivors. Which is, now, quite factually the exact opposite of what the perk does, haha.

It should be noted that similar inconsistencies can be found in Skull Merchant's character description after Perk reworks (Leverage no longer stacks the more times you hook Survivors)

(Arguably Hillbilly's character description also is outdated, as Tinkerer has not, for many years, allowed him to enhance his power anymore, but I suppose that's a trickier hill to battle on.)

To add on to this: Pig's also hasn't been changed to reflect that Hangman's Trick is now a scourge hook.
