Didn't receive proper compensation from dbd mobile and support wouldn't help

I wasn't really sure where else to vent my frustrations at, so here I am. I, like many others, received my dbd mobile compensation package, but mine came a little empty. I was under the impression at least that I'd be compensated for any money spent on the game - before and after the netease partnership. The amount I spent isn't that great, only being about $20 total, but that doesn't change the fact that I deserve the extra cells and shards. I contacted support, thinking they'd have me good to go in less than a day, but their copy/ paste response boiled down to "sorry, it was automated, we can't help. I legit have and sent them the receipts. This is basically robbing me of my deserved compensation. Where do I go from here? I'm kinda lost because their support has never screwed me over before.

    I'm sorry you feel like you did not receive enough compensation, however this is not something we can solve here on the forums.

    You can try asking more information to Support, but if the process is automated I doubt anything else can be done.
