Survivors forcing crashes?

I'm curious if this is something that's actually happening, or if this is just a coincidental case of bad luck. I've had two crashes today. The first occurred against an obvious SWF duo. Both of them DC'd, and my game crashed almost at the same instant as the second one's DC. The second crash occurred after downing a survivor a second time as Legion. Both downs were a result of me running down their bleed out, so I can imagine they were a bit salty. However, when I picked them up after the second chase I heard an audible click like an item chest slamming shut immediately followed by a crash.

Like I said, I'm not sure if this is a case of cheating, but it seems suspicious to me and I'm curious if there's any known hacks that could be the cause.

    Wouldn't surprise me. Survivors are always trying some shady stuff.

    Recall the rapid uber click macros they use on flashlights in an attempt to lag out killers with older PCs.

    I had hoped so, but the sound he's hearing seems to indicate otherwise.

    It doesn't affect me, but alot of survivors still do it hoping for a DC.
