Can we expect full 21:9 aspect ratio support in DBD?

It is really frustrating to see either the game having top and bottom of the screen cut off or the game display fix itself to 16:9.
While a vast majority of games support ultrawide screens, and most of even 90s games aswell, DBD - a game from 2016 - has no support to any other aspect ratio than 16:9 and it leaves me totally annoyed.
