Save Slots Aren't Saving Properly For Me

Whenever I change a save slot on survivor (not sure about killer) and close the game the next time I open the game it resets all the save slots to whatever I had prior to changing the slots. Its the same four perks items and add-ons. The first time it happened was when I used the perks Adrenaline, Chemical Trap, Champion of Light, and Exultation along with a Sport flashlight with a long life battery and a High-End Sapphire Lens all on the second save slot. After that, all my save slots would revert to whatever I had on when I tried that specific build, whenever I changed any of my slots and reset the game.
