Is this reportable?
Played against a streamer(killer) as a surv, 2v1 situation and im playing for hatch, after a while the streamer gets ask "yo the other surv is my friend, can you kill the other (me) surv and let him live?" and turns out they were friends and well, i get screwed because of an arbitrary streamer bias towards his chat, what an incredible and fair experience

How would you generally say you deal with adversity in life ?

If he teamed with the other survivor, then yes. So like if someone in the chat told the streamer where to find you in return for the other survivor being allowed to escape, that would be teaming.
If it was just bias? Eh, that's always tough. Killers can choose to kill, or not, that part isn't a violation. Being asked in chat isn't something normally that comes up so not really certain, but I doubt they'd penalize for that.

If the killer actively ignored the other survivor when they could have chased them and they did not have any reason not to chase (didn’t know your position, no challenge, no danger of gen being done), then you could report the killer for that. If the other survivor led the killer to you and the killer encouraged it (working with killer) then you could report the survivor for that.
No harm in sending a ticket to support with evidence if you reported in game and seeing what the official ruling is and if they’d bother to punish for it.

IMO if the person in Chat was in that game as well, aka the other Survivor besides you, then I would say it is reportable.
If they were just chatting and noticed that one of their friends is playing and asking to let this person go, it is not reportable.
In general, a Killer is allowed to let Survivors go and let others get killed instead (e.g. a person was hiding the whole game and the Killer decides to let the person who actually participated in the game go to find the person who was hiding all game). As long as they are not working together, it is fine.

This is not reportable. It violated none of the options, and is no different from when the killer chooses a "final girl" to let go at the start of the match.
