Perk Suggestion - Clone another player's build

I wish there was an item or perk that allowed a player to scan and copy the build of another player. If paired with an appropriate length and cooldown timer, it would allow Dead by Daylight core to have unlimited variety. I understand that my idea would inherently weaken the value of Chaos Shuffle as a rotating event modifier if it were to be implemented as presented; however, I still wanted to share the idea nonetheless.
