Apparently the license holders are very rigid when it comes to it. I don't think they can even get any unique chase music for him.
You have to remember they couldn't even get the OG Robert Englund Freddy. They had to settle for the inferior 2010 remake version.

BHVR would love to give him cosmetics, don't you worry about that. The original license holders however seem to be against it.

Just the trench coat from New Nightmare. Unless you count outfits he wears for specific nightmare scene kills.
