Bring back Borrowed Time's Grey Screen

Borrowed Time used to provide a grey screen when the unhooked survivor took damage that'd put them in the dying state.

Bringing it back would fit with it being Bill's perk since in Left 4 Dead, if your next down would kill you, you'd have a grey screen.

NOTE: This isn't about buffing or nerfing the perk. It's just about bringing back the grey screen. Remember to be respectful.

    idk if flavor is enough reason to cancel the reasons it got removed.

    That black and white screen? We don't need that back, especially still lacking adequate in-game brightness settings.
