When accessing the basement of the cabin by blinking across the flat area of the map with the nurse's blink, there is an issue where you cannot enter the basement.

Specifically, if you blink across the floor of the cabin, you can phase through the floor.

However, even if you align the destination of the blink to the basement from outside the cabin, you cannot enter the basement.

I think that the area between the basement's side and the ground outside the cabin is treated as an out-of-bounds area, which is why you cannot phase through.

I remember that the issue of not being able to phase through in Raccoon City was recently resolved, but can't this be fixed with a similar adjustment?
