SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I tested if its possible to crouch tech against the Hillbilly after the 'Crouch tech fix' patch. The result is not only you can crouch tech as before, also you can be an invisible wall so you can make Billy bumps in an obstacle.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Just crouch when you see Billy uses the chainsaw.
