Survivors nerfed into uselessness
For being the hardest role in the game survivor only get nerf ??? Bnp, syringe, styptic all difficult to use addons nerfed. Dead hard perk that buys 2 seconds nerfed. DS nerf many times when I just want to play game more than 1 minute. Distortion only way to deal with infinite killer aura reading nerfed.
This is all why easy killer like fredward gets made s tier with unmissable anti loop and killer slowdown buffed every other patch.

Meta perks get nerfed, because all data show what's best, by the fact most people use them. There shouldn't be a handful of perks that are considered "must have", that goes for Killers, too, mind you.
You mention only Victim perks, but conveniently forget to mention the Killer perks that also got nerfs in the same period. They were nerfed for the same reasons as the Victim perks, due to the fact they were more or less considered "must have".
In the end, your need for perks like DH, DS, and Distortion highlight your lack of skill in the chase department. You should equip some chase perks, and you won't have to worry so much about the Killer finding you.
