Here's some random builds plus challenges some being easy and some being hard(or medium no idea)

Sketchy carpenter(any survivor)

"You know what your doing right?"

Deja vu: Always double check your work…maybe three times just to be safe

Prove thyself: You learn by teaching. I know someone said that at some point

Overzealous: Oh look at you one perfectly hammered nail and suddenly you think your a pro

This is not happening: Ah look at that perfectly repaired generator...WHY DOESN'T MINE LOOK LIKE THAT

Dead or Alive(Deathslinger)

"Take care of the others and let the leader fall last"

Save the best for last: A true bounty hunter let's the leader know there's trouble

Nemesis: Holding a grudge let's them know your coming back for them last

Hex: Plaything: Get rid of their senses and they run like chickens with no head

No way out: just because freedom is beyond that door doesn't mean it's over

Challenges

Last man standing: Have the obsession be the last survivor alive. The challenge is canceled if the last survivor isn't the obsession and a stun will not count either as the leader(obsession has already died).

Fastest fingers in the west: All shots must be taken as soon as you aim down sight. Meaning you can not aim at all

A real Doctor(Doctor)

"They say laughter is the best medicine. I say electroshock therapy is better but who cares I am a doctor."

Sloppy Butcher: Well I just hit a nerve a couple veins and oh look at that your heart also but don't worry I can quickly fix it

Bloodhound: They stopped doing blood letting years ago so how about you stop running so I can heal you

Hex: Third seal: Well I never did this before NURSE GET THE TRAINING TAPE

Nurse's calling: You know chicken noodle soup isn't going to do anything and forget ginger soda best let the real doctor take action

Challenge

Medical expert: Have two survivors hooked at the same time.

I don't think he's a real doctor: Have all four survivors reach tier three in the match.

Deadline: We got this lot for two hours so HURRY UP!

Unbreakable: You have plot armor so get off the ground

Lucky Break: Your stun double wasn't able to make it in so just act hurt.

Adrenaline: The filming is almost over so just keep it up for about twelve more hours

Challenges

Final hero: Escape the match as the last survivor

One-take is all I need: Don't get hooked or injured the entire match

Best actor: Have the highest score on the tally screen
