Since when did the previously earned prestige cosmetics dissapeared?
I remember before p100 was added I did ever killer and survivor to p1 so I will get all their perks tier 3 and their first bloody cosmetic/weapon. I also remember like last year or something playing with onryo with her prestige weapon even if I had p3 on her because I made her p1 before that update. But only now I realise that every first bloody cosmetic/weapon that I previously had is gone and I think I have to make everyone p4 to get them back. When was this change made?

When they changed to make it all perks earned on all characters at `1, 2, 3 That's when. So now it's 1, 2, 3 for each level of perks unlocked on all characters, then 4, 5, 6 for the bloody cosmetics, then 7, 8, 9 for charms of the character's perks. Any previously unlocked bloody cosmetic you should still have but not any you didn't unlock or new characters. if you think you are missing cosmetics, that's something for tech support.

So I am still supposed to own all the bloody cosmetics I’ve obtained before the change to p4-6 even if now I only have p3 on the respective characters?

Yes, it's not retroactive, so say you have just the one piece you got at P1 previously, then you will get nothing at 4, until you get to 5 to start getting pieces you do not have.

well for some reason I dont have them anymore and I have to get them a second time at prestige 4

Hmm, well if you are 100% sure then it's a bug. Wouldn't be the first time that happened, especially if you did cross-progression.

I don't think I have done cross progression, and apparently I am not alone with this issue

Well, I said "especially if" not meaning that was the only reason the bug might occur.

apparently it is not a bug and other people have the same issue so I just have to unlock them a second time by prestiging further
