SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

vigil can't reduce Hindered Status Effect by freddy、clown、Forced Hesitation

PLATFORM: ALL

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1.use vigil in game

2.face freddy or clown or Forced Hesitation or any Hindered Status Effect

3. not work (you can see that in video, Hindered Status Effect still 2s)

it shoud be:

one vigil perk 2s Hindered Status Effect to 1.2s. but in video we have two vigil, it may more lower.

    vigil is 66% not 30% or 40%

    lol

    40/1.66≈24.1

    40/2.32=17.24
