Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Surprise, surprise, Nemesis is weak in 2v8

Everyone has predicted it. Nobody is surprised when Nemesis is going to be the weakest killer in 2v8. Every survivor match I played is an automatic win for us with 7 or 8 escaping whenever there is a Nemesis in the enemy team. Every killer match I played, despite the long queue times, made me lose whenever a Nemesis in my team.

I pray every second there is no Nemesis. It makes the game a 1v8, more like 1v11 due to the zombies body blocking me or giving survivors boost after getting infected. Either buff him or remove him. He doesn't belong in 2v8 unless you change him otherwise he's detrimental to the killer teammate and a snoozefest during survivor gameplay because it's easy mode.

all killer with hand-holding game designs from 4vs1 mode end up being weak.

I've seen a few doing good though, but yeah he is on the weaker side of the 2v8 roster

He's too slow, weak and lacks pressure just like Slinger. Watching the preview was so painful.I was really hoping dor that 3rd zombie

I get that combining Nemesis and Wesker's cure makes the game a lot simpler but this is seriously ridiculous. I love Nemesis, he's been my main for years now and learning the ins and outs of his kit has been extremely fun, but in 2v8 mode I find myself using my fists exclusively without even realizing it because my brain just knows using my whip is a terrible idea. Once you're in tier 2 using your tentacle will hurt you far more than it helps you. Knowing that the infection will be cured immediately after an unhook, there are extremely few scenarios in which using a tentacle mid chase is worth it. I think they either need to make the cure much more hard to come by (3 or 4 uses total at most, or even no cures at all) or change how his tentacle/infection works to allow him to actually deal damage with his tentacle somewhat consistently.

Weak? The 20 games I played one killer is AlWAYS a neme because matches becomes 4 v 8 and either killer abuses zombies to box you in like knight 3.0s and so help me god if its rpg or they got legion or slinger as a partner lmao.

The problem lies in people trying to build up infection on survivors in wrong moment. He is easily a 3 hit killer if player tries to ''infect'' everyone every time.

Best time to use M2 is when survivor is vaulting or against pallets. For everything else, it's better to whack a solid M1 punch instead.

Those 2 zombies are more useful now as they almost always have a target in their sight. Both killers can benefit from them in the match.

I played a couple games with him last night and they for sure should’ve given him basekit Marvin’s blood. Not sure why they left it out tbh. Still fun to play though.
