Maybe I just need to hit a really good one, but Nurse doesn't seem that strong in 2v8. Most killers are going to get downs, her lack of ability to get around the map is a huge weakness. So far, hearing her blink sound is a massive wave of relief, while in 1v4 its an oh no moment.
I might bump Nemy down even more.

Legion is kinda good in this gamemode. He isn't that much lethal like other killers however he has huge info and snowball set up for the other killer + free passive slowdown mending simulator.
I played him twice and both games were very effective value I got out of Legion.
He is really good support killer.

I think Legion's being undervalued here, their ability to provide for their teammate is pretty top notch.
Obviously it relies on having a good teammate, but the ability to rocket around the map injuring everyone relatively quickly is very potent if the other killer is able and willing to capitalise on it. Any stealth and most forms of mobility available in 2v8 benefit quite a lot from Legion ensuring everyone's a one-hit down.

Legion is higher than that. And it's really hard to do a tier list for this in the first place, because some killers work well by themselves, and some are dependent on getting other killers to synergize with them, or at least not sabotage their gameplan. Like how effective will Hillbilly be, really, if Legion is running around injuring everyone anyway?

I know it's a hot take but I think you're absolutely right. Nurse is nowhere near as strong in this mode and it's actually kinda funny not seeing her at the top for once. I'd probably put her right above Nemesis personally.
I also think Legion is better in this mode than he is normally. Normally in 1v4 you just don't heal against Legion a lot of the time and as long as you're smart about not feeding him chain hits in frenzy he's not a major threat. But when you throw another killer into the mix that becomes a lot more dangerous. He's actually pretty good for helping the other killer get downs more quickly.

Slinger and Nemesis are easy bottom tiers. Id rather have a Trapper

slinger is bottom tier. probably the worst killer in the mode.
legion is good for tunneling survivors. his map wide feral frenzy allow you to tunnel the survivors that are closest to death hook. his ability to down is unnaturally slow so the other killer really has to pull in the weight. he is macro killer. you have to use his macro to leverage his kit.

He is good only if survivors are bad… He is very easy to counter in 2v8

she definitely doesn’t feel that strong in 2v8 because of the size of the maps but let’s not forget for a second that she is nurse and they gave her like 8 addons basekit. A good nurse will end a chase within 20-30 seconds and their only downside is what happens after the down, it will take her a little longer to find a new chase. The average nurse in 2v8 is probably bottom of A top of B but when you find that nurse that actually knows how to play and has a decent teammate, you’ll remember why she’s S tier.

after some time to think I would bump legion to maybe top of C bottom B but then you have to remember how easy it is for survivors to reset with all the medics in the trial. Not to mention that there are literally green herbs that heal you with only a 4 second interaction. From what I’ve seen playing against legion and having them as a teammate is that they aren’t that good in the early to mid match because there’s so many survivors that can reset quickly. His mid game to late game is better because he can occupy survivors more often with mending but then at the end of the day hes still a m1 killer. Decent support but I just don’t get what everyone else is saying about legion being pretty good in 2v8.

honestly I 100% agree. They barely buffed both of them and they just aren’t built for the fast paced action of 2v8.

Updated Tierlist after some feedback and second thoughts.

I think that's a pretty good list.
The thing about Legion, both getting more matches and just thinking it more, their strength is really dependent on who they are teamed with. Blight/Wraith/Spirit/Huntress seem to pair really well, Wesker, Nurse, and Nemy are mid ground, and Hillbilly, Trapper, Deathslinger are bad combos. Legion isn't strong on their own, but can be an amazing partner.
I think that will be a bigger issue going forward as we get more killers. No longer will we be able to just rank them independently, but in possible combinations.
