Am I Queuing for 2v8 or 2v6? BOTS ARE A PLAGUE & MAJOR BUGGED
This is a rhetorical question. This game mode was fun and then it wasn't. Below is a list of concerns and bugs I've compiled in all my game time.
I think 2v8 bots are unhealthy and need to be removed because:
- They cower whenever they are in a terror radius (won't finish tasks when they're nearly completed).
- They t-bag when in proximity to another player healing an injured survivor instead of double healing.
- They sandbag and give killers free hits.
- They don't go for unhooks towards end game.
- They will stop a nearly completed heal to go rescue someone on hook.
- They will run weird routes and walk aimlessly.
- They get stuck on the environment or will perma vault windows and pallets.
- They insta leave the match in end game.
- They repair generators for a fraction of the time of the average survivor (they don't prioritize progressing the game).
- They will get injured, b-line to your location, give your position away and won't leave until they get a heal.
- They oftentimes will walk up to a survivor doing a task and just stand there.
- Killers will prioritize real players over bots, basically rendering the game a 2v6 or 2v(8-x) (x being how many bots there are).
To summarize, this game mode can no longer be called a 2v8 if Behavior prioritizes bots over finding real players. Bots should never be the solution. I hope Behavior can process this feedback and implement it into their future plans because this isn't working.

13. I just witnessed a match where a Wesker picked up a Jane bot and couldn't get her off his shoulder.
With all these rampant bugs that plague the bots in 2v8, it would be safe to assume that the state of these bots right now in 2v8 are not healthy for the state of the game for both survivors and killers.

I have been lobby dodging trying to have a match without bots and its almost impossible to even get at least a 2v7. 99% of the times is a 2v6, with two useless bots. I only had one match with 2v8.
You really feel the difference between a bot and a human, even someone with a few hours its more eficient than a bot running like a headless chicken the moment he hears a tiny terror radious7 -
I still find the things they do and don't do to be far better than the average rando.
I mean seriously, look at the top scores at the end of the match. Almost always bots. I have an archive of screenshots that I dare not post.

Yup, and somehow queue times are still miserable. So much they could've done, so little they actually did.

Because they prioritise unhooks. They're getting like 1k a pop. Have you tried to do the survivor unhook challenge in the 2v8 tome? It took me, no joke, about 4 games to get it done because I had to literally race the bots for the unhook. They've been programmed for unhooking to be their #1 priority.

They get rescues and "escape" chases because most killers keep them alive for the advantage.

They add bots to the games and AT THE SAME TIME Legion and less BP incentive.
These things ended up deleting one another and now queues times are EXACTLY the same.1 -
In my 20 hours of this Resident Evil themed 2v8, the bloodpoints have to be taken with a grain of salt. A lot of real players usually get prioritized over bots and will get tunneled out/die sooner leaving bots to earn bloodpoints almost undisturbed.

If only there was a way for survivors to perform at their level...oh, wait.
