Question about the content pushback

Just wondering if anyone on the team could clarify this. Is all future content being pushed back a universal three weeks (normal schedule following 3-week health slot) or is the content RELEASE schedule bumped by three weeks (extra 3-week gap between all content releases in the timeframe)? I'm just wondering if we should expect regular schedules after a period or if the regular time frame will be different for a while.
