Phase II Prestige Rewards

I wonder if the prestige rewards in Phase II will be similar to the last prestige reward where the banner of the survivor and killer will be given a red portrait from reaching level 3 like last time. From this time will it be similar for any survivor or killer to get to level 100? I wish it goes into more detail about the rewards. After all, I don't know if I should start now and prestige characters to level 100 just in case it will be something like that since I didn't have enough time to get all my characters back then. Or will there be something by reaching some levels and getting new cosmetics, charms, or banners? because if that is the case then what about licensed killers and survivors what will they get? In other words, if it comes to getting rewards will the license receive it or just original characters in general?
