Legion: Julie's "Mugger" Cosmetic Removes the body and replaces her with Default Frank

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When The Legion has Julie's "Mugger" body equipped, it will automatically switch to Default Frank anytime you leave the menu you equipped the Body on. This only effects the Body, not the Mask or the Weapon.
Additionally, you will load into a Lobby with Default Frank, enter the game as Mugger Julie, then the end game screen shows Default Frank again.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Put on the "Mugger" cosmetic for Legion.
Exit menu you equipped it on.
