Didn't see anything about it and the image shows it would be part of this also no map offering, gamma, body blocking, spawn rules etc:

    There's usually 2 PTBs in a 3 month period I thought, the chapter update and the mid chapter (though new content is being pushed back for now, a worthy sacrifice IMO)

    This PTB is the first of two during the Phase 1 time frame. I'm betting the stuff in there not addressed by this will be in PTB part 2
