Buffing Chucky's cooldown and scamper won't change a thing
Chucky needs his dash mobility at least somewhat back. His dash needs to be stronger. You can buff the cooldown, you can buff his almost useless scamper, it won't help much.
Chucky is not fun anymore thanks to overkilled dash speed. I am not asking for original revert of the nerf fully, but that dash is bad and needs at least some increase. His pickrate, killrate dropped since that patch and I don't even see him in my games anymore (no wonder). He was fun, now he is just bad.

there was a mistake in the dev note they corrected it on Instagram saying the dash speed momentum affects both slice and dice and scamper.
so both will be made faster2 -

He needs to go back to the release version where he actually had stuff he could do.
