Killers that change survivor portrait's and what they mean

Around 50% of the killers have the survivor portraits change to indicate something. I didn't know the exact number of killers that change the survivor portrait but i didn't know it was half of them. Neat

    Artist and Twins do as well.

    Artist when you are swarmed and Twins when Victor is latched onto you.

    Not entirely sure if it counts, but getting Speared by the Deathslinger both makes the hit survivor's profile icon light up and they also lose chase at the same instant you'd hear the shot
