The best survivor bot build for inexperienced killers in custom mode
For those killers who, like me, enjoy testing out new killers in custom game mode, I've come up with a build for the survivor bots that makes going up against them easier to do. This is essentially playing dbd bots in "easy mode."
I hover over the name of each bot, press down and then hit the edit bot option. Then I give each bot the same perks, scene partner, no mither, and invocation treacherous crows. Scene partner keeps them screaming so that they are easier to find, no mither keeps them all injured and treacherous crows will keep at least one of them off a gen.
For my killer build, I bring bamboozle, hex: face the darkness, corrupt intervention and thanathobia. Bamboozle is to help with cutting off the bots looping, hex face the darkness increases the screams to where it's constant screaming all match, corrupt intervention buys time on generators and all bots being injured makes the repair penalty on thanatophobia quite severe.
The idea behind both builds is to create a situation where the bots are easier to locate, not as powerful at loops and go down easier. This way you can practice your killer's power without feeling like all the generators are popping every three seconds. It also helps with learning where the hooks are and carrying survivors to them, how to patrol gens and how to manage map pressure and learn survivor movements. I'm a big believer that getting lots of experience using a killers powers in custom mode pays off when you go into public matches.
