Looking for solution to loss of Characters/cosmetics due to using cross progression

after syncing the accounts of my old ps4 to my pc, both accounts are now missing the characters and cosmetics that I have unlocked over hundreds of hours on both platforms. When trying to fix this problem with support that i assume to be from bots, all evidence that my accounts had lost access to this content was waved away and blamed on the enabling of family sharing when no other family member plays this game on any platform. I would greatly appreciate advice on if such a recovery of characters + cosmetics is possible and if so, how I could go about getting this issue properly addressed

After losing hundreds of hours of progress in cosmetics and characters, Bit customer Support denies my claim that I made purchases with auric cells/iridescent shards despite clear video and photo evidence showing otherwise.
