Clown's old skin.

Hello! I'm sort of new to the game and i'd like to ask you something regarding clown's Jesterfied outfit. To my knowledge it was a part of tome 12 pass and is currently unavailable. My question is; will this skin ever return? Now, I know that deep rift skins are banned from coming back, however… this is not a deep rift skin, those were introduced in tome 13. So, what do you guys think?

    It will come to the store eventually. Rift Skins are Rift-exclusive for at least 6 months and after that they can appear in the store. But there is no specific order in which they come to the store, so you just have to wait.
