What can be done to make dark arrogance worth bringing
it does 25% vault speed which is 10% more than Bamboozle but doesn’t block. It’s not even that good for 2 perk slot vault speed since superior Anatomy would be more fun and faster without the downside of stun duration. I think what can be done for this perk to have a place in the vault perks is to make it 35% and buff superior Anatomy to 50%. Idk if it would be enough but maybe. This is implying a rework of this perk is not an option btw since obviously changing it entirely would be better.

Superior Anatomy does 40% and has a cooldown of 30 seconds though.
They should leave it at 25% but drop the the stun penalty from pallets and flashlights
And Superior Anatomy should have a 20 second cooldown

But that would make the gimmick disappear.
Dark Arrogance is currently meant to be a kind of risk-reward perk, and I don't think that's a bad idea.
But, if Superior Anatomy would end up powercrept by Dark Arrogance, then they could just drop the cooldown altoghether.
