need help dbd is not working

when ever i launch dbd and i get to the "press the space bar" i press it, and then it freezes and then it says "steam offline, your status in steam is currently offline. all game functionality is unavailable under these circumstances. please make sure your internet connection and steam connection is active." but im online on steam i can go on any other game and have no problem. and yeah, i dont know what to do. i had a previas issue were it would crash every time i would launch dbd. and i fixed it by running dbd as administrator, but i have this issue now. and i did restart my pc, reinstall dbd but it didn't work.

    The important thing is "freezes" one/two seconds , and then whatever we do what, can't online to get into the DBD.

    always freezes one/two seconds after we click space, and then STEAM offline.

    I think other normal gamer no the freezes time , but we have.

    If we can know why game cause freezes time , them we know how to fix it.
