Chaos shuffle not showing correct perks

I just had a game where I 2 man slugged at endgame. And while chasing the final survivor alive (one was already dead) someone got up and barely turned a 4k into a 2k.

When I checked the perks though there wasn't a single anti slug perk. So did I encounter a subtle cheater or does chaos shuffle not show their actual perks?

    If they picked themselves up without any Perk which would allow them to pick themselves up, it is not subtle. I think it is more likely that you missed something and there was a Perk which allowed them to pick themselves up. But you probably dont have a screenshot of the Perks?
